This blog includes my work and relationship experiences in Holistic SEO for 2 months. I decided to write this blog to save my short experience. I tried to not write private Business information, so you’ll find only my work story.

#Note after wrote: I never thought I’ll write such an emotional blog.

Business, SEO, and Holistic SEO

Before starting to tell my experiences, I want to share “How could I get an SEO Internship job in a world-renowned SEO agency?”.

I had lots of knowledge and experience in the digital world, without SEO. My purpose was to make businesses money via digital ways, it was the time to learn SEO in order to get organic traffic and then turn them into ROI for businesses.

I was surfing about SEO and joining some communities. I encountered the “Koray” name while surfing lots of times, it was kinda surprising that a Turk is spoken around the world, then I started to watch his videos and interviews. I got surprised twice!, he was extremely confident, clear, and idealist when talking about SEO, and it made me think it would be some PR or “smart aleck” about him.

Then I found out about his case studies, knowledge depth, and big references to him… He couldn’t be overrated. It was a sign, that I should be learning SEO with him.
I tried many ways to contact Koray Tuğberk Gübür, e-mails, calls, etc. End of the 2 months, I caught a chance; the other processes were so smooth.

Work, Colleagues, and Clients

There are two teams in Holistic SEO, the Turkey side and the WorldWide side. I was on the Turkey team, and quickly I was encountered sincerely and warmly, but everyone was talking too formally and respectfully; it was daunting for me. Clients congratulated me on joining the team and appreciated my decision to work with HSD.

Mr. Hüseyin Bayram started to give me and wanted me to make summarize some SEO guides; at the same time, Ms. Beyza Aras involved me in client work. In one week, I gained a lot of real sector practices and client experience, it was so fast to adapting Holistic SEO. My colleagues always tried to be helpful and responded quickly to my questions and concerns sincerely and formally.

Always not going awesome!

On the other side of the coin, there were lots of tasks to do; my colleagues didn’t give me tons of work but seeing them in struggle compulsive me to try to help them. Even I never couldn’t talk with Mr. Koray until the last of my week. I had many questions about SEO to him; I answered most of them by myself while working. When I found a chance to talk with him, but there were only several questions left.

Their real sincerity and intent always masked the bad things, so you can consider that blog too biased, but you would think the same if you were working in a team that has only bad situations and problems based on a high workload.

I am so glad to have worked with this team and its contribution to my maturity in business.

Beyza ARAS, Thank you for every time you keep energetic and friendly.

Hüseyin BAYRAM, Thank you to expand my Turkish vocabulary. :D

Koray Tuğberk GÜBÜR, Thank you to give me that chance.

I want to finish my blog with what my one friend said while I was telling him about Mr. Koray’s discipline and vision;

“A man like Atatürk!”
